Erfan is passionate about empowering organisations and communities to address issues of social, environmental and economic justice and to help them build a more inclusive, cohesive, sustainable and equitable society.

Covering themes of ecology and economy, systems-thinking and resilience, Erfan will guide delegates through the narratives of effective change. As an artist who has moved through the mediums of dance, theatre, spoken and written word as forms of communication for social change, Erfan will explore the language of environmentalism and climate change as effective communication and extrapolate how this can be applied across sectors, helping the arts and creative industries 'change the narrative'.
