Kate Larsen (she/her) is an arts, cultural and non-profit consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in Australia, Asia and the UK. Kate has particular expertise in the areas of governance, workplace culture and wellbeing, online communication and communities, and increasing access for marginalised groups. This includes managing hybrid teams at a state and national level – including as CEO of Arts Access Australia and Director of Writers Victoria.
