Chloe Waters

Chloe Waters (BFA Hons) is an artist, curator and creative producer who lives and works as a guest on Gumbaynggirr country. Hailing from the north, she completed her Bachelor of Fine Art (Hons) in 2015 at the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University. She has worked with a number of Artist Run Initiatives (ARIs) in Brisbane; The Laundry Artspace in East Brisbane QLD, ARI in Residence at MetroArts QLD in 2017 and she is the founder and co-director for the Brisbane and Elsewhere Art Un-Triennial (BEAUT), a local multi-venue accompaniment to the Asia Pacific Triennial (APT9) held at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art in 2019. Chloe has creatively managed, developed and produced exhibitions at the State Library of Queensland, and facilitated arts education for all ages at ArtStar Studio in Brisbane, QLD. She is particularly interested in contemporary Australasian art, and has been the adjunct curator for the Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery and Museum since August 2020.
